In this project, I developed a behavior-modifying application centered on both mental and physical well-being. It's a fitness app integrated with social features. Recognizing that a segment of the population feels isolated, without a social circle and uncertain about how to engage socially, many tend to remain indoors. Over time, this sedentary lifestyle can lead to both mental and physical sub-optimal health conditions. My aspiration for this app is to improve their daily habits and promote a healthier lifestyle.
This report focuses on user research. In the course of this project, I conducted extensive research on comparable products, identifying their strengths and weaknesses. I further delved into understanding user needs and experiences using tools such as Field Diary, Emotion Boards, Storyboards, Journey Maps, and Persona profiles.

With Field dairy, I've done a side-by-side review of similar programs that encourage walking. From the summary, it's clear that while all these apps aim to improve user fitness habits, they each have a unique approach, ranging from gamified experiences in virtual worlds to traditional, stats-based tracking and advice.
One key lesson learned from this project was the importance of aligning brand identity with business values and goals.
